What other Renaults have you had

Ive had (in this order)...

1973 12TS, 1981 Fuego GTS, 1984 Fuego GTS, 1978 12TL estate(!), 1991 Clio 1.4RT, 1995 Clio RSI, 1998 Megane coupe 16v, 2002 Clio 172.

Ive had other cars inbetween but thats all the renaults. All were great in some way and a pain in others (rattles!) but all in all would still buy another.

i had a phase 2 1990(H) Renault 5 gt turbo, followed by a 2002(02) phase 2 172 that has now been replaced with a 2004(54) 182. Id still buy another if it fitted the requirements for what i wanted when i next come to change the car.

My dad had a 1997 P reg Megane from new

I got my 2000 V reg 1.4 Alize clio in 2002 at 2 1/2 years old

Now my dad has downgraded and got a 54 plate 1.2 16V Clio Extreme3 from new

my dad had an 18 Turbo, my mum had a 5 Gordini Turbo from new in 1983 (God, I wish shed kept that car - she sold it for an...Orion Ghia!) and my sister had a mk1 172.

If they made another car I liked, then yep Id buy another new Renault. From Trade Sales.

A 1988 (E reg) Pearl white 5 GT Turbo, fully modded to 200bhp, better power to weight than my V6 255, and boy did it shift......written off now though

Renault 11 1.4 Automatic was my first car - leccy windows, comfy seats, pretty luxurious as a first car.

Damn sight nicer than a 1.1 Mk2 Fiesta popular plus that my mate had lol

From Essex, me and an ex did Cornwall and Devon twice, as well as Blackpool, and it was reliable as you could want and extremely comfy in the armchair front seats. It went well apart from a split carburettor (sp) thingy that meant the mixture was massively out and it had no power on the motorway coming home once... lol

Oh, and it came home from devon on a flatbed once after being written off by a tractor! Grrr! lol
