What problems have you had with your n97 mini?

As above, i wanted to find out what problems people have had with their n97 mini. I've had mine for 6 weeks. I find that it keeps crashing whilst on the net watching movies (x rated) of course

Battery doesnt last long at all and takes for ever to fully charge

Also Nokia hasnt come up with a software update yet
