What shade of blue is my car?

Im painting up my engine cover and need to know what shade of blue my car is. Ive been told that its arctic blue. Is this correct? Its the phase 2 by the way. lol.

Oh he says the bumpers been repsrayed because their are no black stickers in the gap between the upper grille and number plate
