What Should I Do

Ive had my Clio 182 for around 10 months and its unfortunatly coming to the time of the 3rd year as well as an MOT.
Ive took a huge liking to the Corsa VXr and thinking about swapping as i can get a good deal as my friend works for vauxhall as well as i have another 3 years of warrenty not having to mot to think about

what are your opioins?

Tough choice, have u driven the vauxhall? Maybe try and get some kid of extended test drive. All new cars feel great when taking them round the block, u need to know what its gonna be like longer term imo

They used to do the 3 Day test Drive and if your thinking of buying a VXR I'd ask for that, VXR is definitely tunable BUT looks wise is not my cup of tea

Vauxhalls are poo imo..I had one as a courtesy car..I had to check in the petrol cap as it
sounded like a diesel...no guts. oh yeah it was an 06 plate!

corsa vxr is a good car. black is the better colour, as red and blue are very "in your face" £400 see 220bhp. thinking of getting one as my grandad used to work for vaux and i can get one for about £12 k ish

Defo go for black..cant beat it imo
and it saves you having to worry about it for 3 years I suppose

VXRs look far too boy racerish IMO. If thats your image, go for it. I think the clio is far more classy.

After bein to look at the corsa today im came across a Leon Cupra R only 1yr old and specialled tuned so its pushing out 289bhp. took it for a drive and i loved...got till 2moro before it goes back on sale...cbeen offered i superb deal with all next few years service n mots bein free which a huge plus

Also how much is a service for the 3rd year on a clio

Is that the new shape Cupra or the old shape one?

The VXR can now be remapped by the 888 centre to 220bhp and you keep your warranty 100% intact - which you would anyway because the dealer would never know it had been remapped - but still

its the old shape one. After lookin at the vxr it did look a bit too boy racer for me,, the leon jus looks superb

Hmmm, what has been done to acheive that 289bhp? That's more than just a remap if it's accurate - so be wary of Seat (dealers are as bad as Renault IMHO) invalidating what's left of the warranty... Good cars though those Cupra Rs - what colour was it?

Not 100% what the tuning was on it but was done by specialist seat tuning down south, im gettin the recpits of the upgrade tomorrow. Its from a vauxhall dealer as its comin from friend that works there so i know the car is mint condition. it was in silver,6 cd changer,recaro seats

I'd go for the cupra, over the vxr corsa anyday.
