What sort of BHP gain am I likely to get with ITG panel filter, janspeed exhaust, de-cat, re-worked inlet manfiold and ECU remap?

depends mate i would think set up properly and having a good base engine actually pushing out 182 bhp then you good get 200bhp possibly but the driveability through out the range would the car so much better with everything mapped correctly go for it buddy
