What springs/coilovers?

Looking to lower the girlfriends car, once I replace the horrid badman body kit! But what direction do I go? Adjustable height seems a waste of money as it will forever be at one height anyway but I read somthing about some guy saying no to springs? It's not going to be used for anything more then fast road driving

A 1.2 clio campus, 06 plate not sure on phase though, and there isn't a budget really
I'll just buy what's best as time comes

If your going to keep it for a while invest in some 30mm drop eibach springs mate,well worth it
