what springs to go for

im looking at lowering my ph2 172 30mm do i buy k-tecs own springs or go for eibach any sugeestions ive done a search but undecided?

the ktec ones arent too bad tbh - eibachs are pretty good also - suppose it depends on what you want to pay

Out of those, I'd buy eibach, but I've just fitted AST's, they're amazing!

i used to have apex on my 182. they looks great but the ride was really hard and slightly uncontrolled. i am now running a set of eibach prolines, the car is hardly any lower than it was with standard springs, but the ride and handling is spot on.
if its lowering and all round performance you want, go for eibach sportlines... if its for pure performance and not lowering, go for prolines
