What the hell? Video inside

Had the cup up on axle stands doing a check over etc and when I have the car in gear and turn the front wheels I get this noise.

Any ideas guys?

Clicks at both wheels, not sure if it's maybe the box, diff or CV joints. Or maybe it's meant to click . .
