what the *??

what on earth is a ''BIELLETTE INF'' ? code R82 00 413 526

just been charged this on my 24k service at 29 quid?

should a 12k and 24k service be the same price??

i paid £171 for a 12k service including 2 sidelight bulbs and fitting.

had my 24k, told them its had a new air filter (so that should be minus £15)
told them it had new brakes - they didnt bother checking the brakes, so surely that should be less labour charges too?

24k service cost £165 without a £15 air filter?

they also managed to fit 5 litres of oil in on my 12k service and 5.7 litres on my 24k service

robbign b******s.. i know its only a few quid but its not the point. bet they do it to everyone.
