what to do??

hiya guys, what would you do if you have around 3.5-4k to spend on your clio??

i was comtemplating with the idea of having a project car but once i graduate i will buy the car i want but for the time being i want my clio to more 'fun'

i have a ph1 with the following:
coilovers
310mm brake conv
angelworks inlet
cda bmc
bb tuning group n ecu
k tec exhuast

i really want more power but i also want the car to be reliable. the power i would like to be all though the rev range and not just the top end

any ideas or links would be great!!

dont bother. Most people will say throttle bodies, but you will only get around 210 - 220 bhp.

I would save it until an already modified 172/182 comes along and get a bargain, as you lose too much money on modding these cars. Let someone else take the big hit.

yeh i see what you say but i really want something nowish lol

i was going to do a mondeo v6 turbo, in fact i already have the car but it will leave me way too skint but it was a good project, never mind eh

throttle bodies do seem nice but for that price woudl it include mapping?i have seen on the k tec site that they do include the ecu but havent seen any members cars with it on

If so why not spend £159 driving it around brands hatch, that should keep you content.

MPG on turbo etc depends how its mapped and how you drive they can be more economical.

Good TB kits I'd say Jenvey stuff but as for a kit I'd recomend BenR to give you the best package for your needs.
Personaly I'd spend the money on holidas and track day driving though.
