what to use to stick badges on?

tried to use some type of rubber sticky pads but they fail when its warm and the badge drops, any suggestions what i could use?

i used doubled sided tape..

just your normal double sided sticky tape?

i was thinking about this but thought the water would un stick it and you would see the tape in between the letters.

i suppose you could cut the tape to the letters.
