What to use to stick trim to rear 1/4?

I discovered that the rear 1/4 bump strip was stuck on my car (all the fixings are broken). I didn't think anything of it and now i've colour coded the strip and want to stick it back on the car! Any recommendations as to what to use please?

Yep silicon, It's what I've used in the past, but you must give it plenty of time to dry.

You can use automotive double sided fixing strips, which is like a thin foam pad and sticky on both sides. Bodyshops could probably sell you some.

lol you know that's only any good for sticking peoples feet to the ceiling.

My dad bought some once to fix a dado rail on the wall and it kept falling off so he had to hammer nails in, he was like "wtf it should be called 'less nails"
