What tools do you carry in your car?

Car  306 GTI-6
Hope this is the correct thread, as dont want any points on my license ;)

Just wondered what people keep in theor boot in the way of toolkits etc.

I have the spare wheel tool tray thing but what in addition to this should i have with me?

I have a little set of gloves, jump cables, and tow rope. Also the wheel kit.

Used 2 carry cordless impact wrench, sockets, 2 screw drivers, jack, ratchet with extention, torch, elephant tape, electrical tape, cable ties, jump leads and a spare battery with 3/8 ratchet to fit it.

Can you tell I drive a clio? ;)

pmsl , you wont get points for posting in the wrong section :nono: .

anyway other than the wheel stuff , nothing as i'd rather call the very very nice man out

a power sander, sand paper, drill, spanners, screwdrivers, power buffer, crimps, stanley knife, foot pump, wrench set, wire clippers 3 jacks and loadzof shittttt :D

braker bar, puller, deep drive sockets, mini rachet, all fits nicely under the boot carpet.

i have some screw drivers, smaller spanners and a larger shifting spanner, spare bulb kit ( i always think thats a goodun ) tin of tyre weld and a torch, bits and pieces for good measure lol :D

Usually just a breaker bar and the standard jack. The only time I would take more would really be if I was worried about something in particular or going to fix a mates car who has broken down - which has been known to happen, lol.

Aftermarket extending wheel brace
Set of screwdrivers
Adjustable Spanner
Tyre foam (get you home)
Torch
WD40
Swiss army knife
Pliers/Cutters

Thats about it, bar the std reno spare wheel kit

I have the kit provided by renault for removing wheels. Pointless with out a spare but hey. The only tool is in my passenger seat. Oh and a multi disc changer also the boot net.

torx driver + wheel brace + jack (std kit) used to carry trolley jack also
