what tyre size needed to stretch?

I have just fitted v maxx coilovers and now my front tyres rub when turnin, im currently running 195/50/R15 and am needing some new tyres and wanting the stretch look. What size tyres would be best to achieve this?

Bridgestone potenza 165-50-15's give a good stretch.
