What tyres for my 172 ?

I currently have uniroyal rainsports on my car. Not sure whether to stick to the same ones or get some different ones, not like i am hammering my car around anywhere so dont want some that are mega expensive. What do you suggest ?

Conti sport contacts, Michelin pe2's, Eagle F1's.

Eagle F1s are only tyres i'll use on my 172! i found them better than the PE2's it came with. also tried contisport contacts and they were decent

If you're not hammering around toyo t1r's will do the job too.

For a cheaper alternative try the Yokohama S Type. Got 2x 195 45 16's fitted for £112. Had Pilots on before and love the grip offered by the Yoko's in both wet and dry.

ive read good things about them. especially the sportrac 3.

I have these and they're great. I had 4 fitted for £180.

They wear very well and the grip in both wet and dry is excellent.
