Whats a decent program for burning CDs and MP3s?

As above really, if its free then that a big bonus! A lot of my files are wma format but if the burner could convert to MP3 for burning them that would be cool but it also needs to do lossless back up copies of some discs as well.

Freeware wise I like http://www.deepburner.com/ only used it to burn ISO DVD images so far though...
