whats everyones views on v maxx coilovers??

As above ive been offered a brand new set of v maxx coilovers for £200 but what are they like just to tie me over for a few months??

Few months, fine. They're not awful TBH, but there is a lot of difference in the damping quality compared with say Koni's.

It depends if you don't mind crashy.

If you want a cheap way to lower your car a lot, its an option, just dont expect it to drive nicely.
