What's happened here?

These where refurbed back in August m, car has been parked up for 3x weeks, washed it today and all four alloys are covered in these marks. Alloys sealed with poorboys.

It's not on the surface either.

Any l ideas fellas?

That's bad mate. Where did you get them refurbished?

Moisture on the wheel/in the primer/paint/lacquer.

Delete as appropriate.

Either way, they need re-doing.

Cheers fellas, local firm, they done a good job with the other alloys I had done.

Looks like I will on there door step tomorrow morning.....
