I saw a 2004 '04' plate 182 with fsh, cup packs etc. Up for £6,999 at a car supermarket a couple of weeks ago. Not that many more miles than this one either, it'd done 35k.

look at the market for them now! i got TOP dollar for mine. granted it was a nice one, but still, if i sold now i'd be getting 5k? or less?

Agreed with Ally, when I was looking at 172ff's earlier in the year I reckoned I could get a good one for £5.5k. Now 182's are starting to drop below the 7k mark, next year a 182 will be £6k and a 172ff £4.5k. Ouch, think I will stick with my VAG residuals.

lol all car depreciate timmay. Though they have taken a drop in the past year, especially the 182s, though once they're out of warranty, they're worth slightly less.

All imports...not that it had an impact on the sale of mine.

RS's are becoming cheap cheap now...Although i'm not sure thats such a good thing.

RS Imports aren't like Jap imports though are they? The spec of imports (besides minor alterations like window etching and LED near the gearstick) were the same as UK spec cars weren't they?

Will it effect insurance?

never declared mine as an import.

no they differ very little, if anything they are more equip'd. Better CAT1 alarm and a 6 cd changer in mine.

Windows and lockin nuts didn't bother me, the latter i bought for 20£.
