Whats the best tyre cleaner, to get them back to being black again?

My tyres are now a pale black, i was wondering what tyre cleaner people use to get there tyres back to looking like new.

Clean with AG Engine and Machine cleaner.

Dress with Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber or Meguiars Endurance.

As above, I use the Megs Endurance ( http://www.meguiars.com/?tire-care/Gold-Class-Endurance-High-Gloss ) apply evenly with a paint brush looks nice a black for a few weeks at least, but does gradually wear over time as you would expect.

Just for you reference, The AG tyre dressing is the same prouct as there Vinyl and Rubber without the lemon smell incase you do what I used to and buy both!
