Whats the difference between these two services?

The difference between a 12k and a 24k service please?

Is the 24k Service a Major service and is treated as the 36k which i was told today at Reg Vardy Renault in Middlesbrough? Also:

1. How much did you 12k service cost you
2. How much did you 24k service cost you

Thank you as i'm going to take this to renault tomorrow to get £100 moeny back as they have charged me £100 too much for this service.

yea 12 and 24k are minor and 36k major as of price i would say £200

I was quoted for a 36K Service on a Mk2 172 from Sunwins Renault in Preston £325 . I asked em what they actually dId for £325 and it was exactly the same as the 12 and 24 k and they wanted and extra £8.00 for the pollen filter .
Don't ya just love owning a Clio ,lol

Will they give me my £100 back as they have charged me, thinking its a major service?

Well i went in topday (To renault dealership in Middlesbrough) and told them that they chrged me for a major service when it should have been minor and they took off £52 of the bill. BUT i had to pay again for the revised price of the service (£250) and they refunded the £302 but that will take 2-3 days to get refunded.

Which leaved me with £5.44 in the bank.
