whats the difference

whats the main differences between the interiors of mk 172s and mk2 1.2s n 1.6s etc? i know theres that little renault sport bit in the steering wheel, anything else!?

Aluminium trim, part leather seats, leather gear stick and steering wheel, climate control controls.

im pretty sure mines got leather gear stick and steering wheel. and its got an aluminium insert along the top of the glove box. just wondering coz some1 said theyve got a 172 interior in their 1.2 and just wondering what it actually consisted of.

Its aluminium effect door handles, aluminium/graphite look insert on top of the leather gearstick, the aluminium insert along top of glovebox, aluminium dash surround (around instruments), part leather/part alcantara sports seats (Id imagine they are deeper than the seats in a 1.2) with Renaultsport stitched in. The alcantara also stretches to the door cards etc. Plus the leather steering wheel with the Renaultsport logo in it. Oh and an aluminium effect handbrake release button

Think thats about it interior-wise.

IMHO it totally changes the look of the car, my mum has a 1.2 and it doesnt look like the same car inside.
