Is this a splitter blended into the front bumper on this clio? Anyone have any info, I like the front bumper. Cheers, sam

looks like a laguna splitter to me - used to have one on my 1.2clio

It's not a Laguna splitter as they only have small vents at either end:

I reckon it's a Seat splitter with the top whipped off then molded in:
