What's this pipe?

Sorry for the simple q, had some turbo pipework come loose and was tightening it. Noticed this pipe has a really bad kink in it and its not flexible hose.

Thanks, can I get away with replacing the top section with vac pipe or is a whole unit replacement?

No Mate, its what i was reconnecting when I noticed this pipe was kinked and I wasn't finished when I took the photo. Its all good now.
