Whats this Switch for?

This may sound a bit stupid but I didnt get a Manual with my Clio Phase 1 172 and I just wondered what this switch does?

By the way the Picture Isnt my Car.

Sorry my picture has come out a little small!!
Its the switch which Is next to the switch which moves the headlight beam up or down to the right of it.

Probley dash lights I havent tried It, becasue I didnt know what It would do Lol!

Changes how bright the lights are on the dash when your headlights/sidelights are on.
Pretty handy when your driving down country lines as you don't want bring lights from inside the car distracting you.
