What's this wire for??

I was fiddling about with my sidelights and I found a sleeved cable that felt loose down beside the washer bottle neck. Gave it a light tug and up car a connector? Anyone know what it is, all lights are on and there no fault with the car (that I know of [emoji23])

Looks like a "spare" plug. Bear in mind the engine looms are fitted to other models in the range and its eaiser for renault to produce one loom for all, as opposed to lots of different ones specific to a certain model/spec.

Just realised that this wasn't an RS, just looked very similar to the plug on my 172, the sleeving on the wire looks the same too. Might just be a spare plug, don't know if your model has a carbon canister or not.

Not really sure what the carbon canisters look like or if I have one, I just know they exist @Mattty, nothing has gone wrong with the car so I'll just leave it for now
