whats up with my wipers???

right...i received a flatten battery the other day and now the battery has been recharged and its working however my wipers have stoped working and also the right hand side break light has stoped (have not replaced fuse for that)...i replaced the fuse for the wipers with the same amp rate(15amp) however the wipers stilll dont move...whats seems to be the problem and how can i cure it?? :dapprove:

its really hard driving in the rain without wipers...nearly crashed the other day. so really need quick response please.

Relay?

Check all the fuses for everything - some do mixed things!

(And don't drive in the rain with no wipers )

haha ah memories of having to pull over and wait for showers to pass.
On my mk1 the relay had died.
Funny you should mention the Right hand brake light, mine isn't working never thought they might have happened at the same time.

i had same problem garage said it need a new wiper motor in the end turned out to be the relay and managed to get 1 from the scrappy for peanuts!!

ohhh is it....so it either could be the relay or the motor hmmm does anyone know how to fix them??
