Wheel Bearing Issue

Hey i was just wondering about front wheel bearings on the clio, do you need a press to push the bearing out or can this be done by hand? when i used to work in ford we used the press for them but i know sum otha cars can be punched out does anybody know if this can be done with the clio b4 i rip into it?
