Wheel bolts for 15mm spacers

What length and overall dimensions do I need to fit spacers of 15mm each side? They're spacers for the front. Please post a link up to what you use/ suggest if possible.

Just hear to confirm the above is spot on can be had on ebay for about £1.25 a go from mtech, 17mm head.

What about locking nuts? Any recommendations of whom to buy from? There are some on eBay but any ones to trust?

Can't help with those I'm affraid. I prefer the "quick release" option as I always had the wheels off. Rarely see wheels chaved anymore
