Wheel decals question

Im wanting to refurb some Turini wheels I have and at the same time get some decals put on.
It would make sense to put the decals under the clearcoat. Problem is the wheels get baked at 180'c at the end to harden them.
Would a decal be OK with this ? its a black decal so the heat wont change the colour but am wondering if it would shrivel or shrink.

Has anyone had this done?

I can't imagine any form of vinyl or plasticy sticker lasting very long at 180c. I'd imagine if you want them baked with a clear coat your only option will be some kind of paint.
