Wheel Help

Very new to Clio sport ownership so please excuse my lack of knowledge, just got to work today to find one of the central caps on one of my rear wheels have made a run for it so I'd like to get one replaced sharpish. Problem is, I have no idea what 'model' wheels I have and the colour name of them. Below is my car so if any knows exactly what I need to ask for that would be great, also if anyone knows where I can pick one up from that would be even better.

They are standard 200 cup wheels to answer your first question, and as above anthracite.

eBay might be a cheaper option.
