Wheel refurb and colour change?

Testing the water....How much will it cost to refurb all four wheels (172 mk2 alloys - quite badly kurbed in places thanks to the previous owner) and change the colour to matt black?

I've tried getting a quote from www.lab-tab.co.uk but they haven't got back to me. Can anyone recommend anyone else?

Or is there anyone local to brum with the know how?

my mate owns lap-tab

£160 now for 4x16inch wheels inc tyres (birmingham based)

lap-tabs online quotes "forget" to inform you of workshop charges (if you leave the car with them) which = another £65+vat (ish)

160 is a decent price...i'd have to source some spare's i surpose as i can't do without the car due to work
