Wheel refurb prices around Birmingham

Just had a quote back from a Refurb company in Birmingham for taking the tyres off (no refit) and a full refurb in Anthracite for 4 Turini's for £253

Does this seem alittle expensive or is it me? :dead:

Lap Tabs is about £220 with a discount code - same day service too.

A1 in Bilston are the best though IME, but you're looking at £65 per wheel plus VAT

They are good there, had some wheels off a megane that i had refurbed there, as good as new when they're done!

Wheel Specialist is Lap Tabs I believe - part of a network of refurbers. There's one in Notts too.

they also source old alloys and do them up and sell them on too so they might have the alloy that you want already made up!! A1 i'm on about

Well ive just bought the alloys off MarineMackay (Chris) so im good to go there.

Leeds is abit far for me unfortunatly for a refurb, especially with how my job is at the moment. Brum would be ideal.

my mate owns the wheel specialist

i can do "special " prices to you lot based on a 24hour turn around (NO same day through me), you get a set of loan wheels to run about on, £170 for a set of 16's inc tyres off and on, new valves and balanced up, any colour (within reason, ie the fancy smoked chrome finishes are more)

we also are the only people who do the trophy/182 cup pack anthractie/grey 205-110 Ixell colour!

THIS IS ONLY IN BIRMINGHAM, all the other sites are franchises and are all rrp, i have no leverage over them
