wheel refurbishment around Coventry area

Is there a place around Coventry to refurbish my turinis.
They start to peel off and I want to protect them.
Cost effective solutions are appreciated.

Have to ask Russ for a price but price I had is between the two above and IMO as good as wheel specialist. Will be having mine done there soon.
