wheel won't go back on

I took my passenger front wheel off to take the acoustic valve out. And the frigging wheel wont go back on, for some reason the bolts don't like up exactly with the threads on the car.

I'm pretty confused lol

Help anyone!!

Yes its on the hub straight, no not standard. But they have been off and on before at a garage when changing brakes etc!

The thread just isn't lining up properly with the holes in the alloys!!

are they just a bit tough going in? If they've been off and on in a garage, could be that they used an air gun and have damaged the threads...
