Hi i've seen some wheels I like but they only come in 7x16 with an et40.
Will this offset be ok on a 172 cup and whats the best tyre size was thing either 215/40 r 16 or 205/45 r 16.
Any help or advice gratefully recieved.

that'll fit on a cup, 205/45/16 works well with it.
