Where can i buy a set of Steel 15's

No reason why not check with insurance though.

Only reason not to is on hard track driving they cna stick to the hubs just copper slip them and they should be fine though.

I'd recommend sorting out some brake ducts too, as the steelies don't let in an awful lot of air.

Ebay. I bought a set of 5 Laguna 15" steelies, with tyres (albeit the wrong size for the Clio, but the right size for the Missus' Vectra) for £40.

And, the tyres are virtually spanking new. I've rubbed the wheels down and slapped some anti-corrosion paint on, just need to get some correct sized tyres, paint them white and I'm away.

steels have tonnes of flex in them!!! biggest downside of the ones that came on a 106 rallye
