Where can I get a full dash led conversion kit?

New to the site , I can't find a full led conversion kit anywhere for my clio it's the 1.2 16v dynamique 2004 reg clio , I can only find ones that has the petrol and temperature readings as dials but mine is on a screen , anyone know where I can get one for mine?

Post 14 shows your dash and then later on are the smd sizes you need.
