Where do you watch American TV? (Heroes, OTH, etc)

I download or stream Heroes, Fringe, OTH and soon Lost each week but Megavideo says i have alread watched 72 minutes of video each day when i havent and also certain downloading software wont download coz of the new proxy im on.

Where else do you watch these programs?
