its does get fairly warm. get a bit of steam coming off it if i open the expansion tank after a run, though that might not mean much in this weather.

The heater was working a few months ago. stopped when i put radweld in

pmurray, whats the dizzy? under the expansion tank?

oh right, hehe.

guage goes up to about half, guessing that means its the matrix then

If the coolant is up to normal operating temp, and you get cold air, I'd say it was the matrix, yep.

That redweld stuff, might heve blocked it? I'm not sure how it works myself.

I've read a few things online saying there is a good chance radweld will block your heater matrix, as it is much finer than the rest of the cooling system

apparently, the trick is to apply rad weld with your heater on full whack for about 20mins

you only find this out after you've put the stuff in though :D

Any guides around for changing a heater matrix? or is it just simply a case of keep taking things apart untill you find it? :D
