have a look in yellow pages for your local industrial paint shop or similar , you'll be able to buy some over the counter

can painting your callipers not make the brake's over heat in anyway? I've heard a rumour and would liek to clear it up.

No, they'll be fine mate ^^ mainly the disc that heats up, and the paint wouldnt make much difference either way.

Anyways, as for the paint, get a tin of hammerite metal paint instead. Much cheaper, does the same job.
