IVE SEEN THAT ALOT OF PEEPS R SAYING THAT U CAN GET BRAND NEW WILLY GEARBOXES FOR 550 PLUS VAT??SO Y IS IT THAT WHEN I WENT TO MY YOCAL RENAULT DEALER THISMORNIN HE QUOTED ME 2075 NOTES PLUS VAT!!!

I NEARLY LAUGHED IN HIS FACE!!

they do order it from france, it took a while to come, but right enough they do it, try a different dealer or quote that part number

Dont buy second hand, seriously just go down to Renault and say you want an exchange WIlliams box, theyre definitely £550 + vat. You just give them your old one. And theyre not really exchange either, mine was shipped over from France/.

thanks for all the replies guys,yeh i live in ipswich leigh where r u??i havnt actually got a williams ive got a valver but ive got to replace the gearbox and ive the willy 1 is better!!could i exchange my 16v box for a willy 1??how much could you do 1 for??
