Where to buy a roll cage from...

Hi folks,
Quick question:
Finally starting to get my little Clio sorted out : have finally fitted my Motordrive seats but am wondering where you can actually buy a roll cage from at the moment?

I gather SD currently have a lead time through till September and was hoping to get something ordered(and fitted) significantly before then!

Happy to get it fitted locally (well - have the feet welded in)

Basically after a decent rear cage with a harness bar that could be extended at a later stage (possibly....)

Any ideas ?

(I'm in Sidcup, kent (so essentially se london / kent boarder) if that makes any difference!)

Any help would be great.

@Tom Johnson (Fulcrum Motorsport) Makes custom Cages and fits them to any requirement.. You will struggle to find better service, quality at a very affordable price..

Yep. He has a Mk2 clio as a mock up shell. He will build you whatever combination you want and even get it powdercoated in whatever colour you want. He will then post it to you with all the hardware to install yourself . Others on here have had that option but i chose to have mine fully installed.

Fulcrum looks great but isn't a straight forward bolt in cage comes with weld in feet which maybe a better design but adds to fitting time/cost. I've been looking at a rear cage for mine and love his design but I can't fit a weld in one myself. Safety devices are on months back order. JP Cages and SW seem to do nice cages. Only bonus with safety devices and fulcruk is you can buy rear and add front later if you wanted to

Yes around 525 for rear delivered and powder coated. Notice how only up the road from me. You got anyone in mind to install it as I'm struggling to find anyone

SW motorsport is mail order and got mine from him (fitted tho as sort of local).

Simon - I’m lucky in that one of my brothers can weld (he actually works for a GTR specialist near Rochester) but if he can’t actually find the time I’ll prob take it to the Kent motorsports place mentioned in the traders section - they’re on Rushmore hill in Orpington (ish) so not far at all

Not heard of them. I'm in Maidstone and ideally want someone local who is happy to have cage sent straight to them and I take car to them following day etc and they weld cage and front harness mounts all in one go. Let me know what cage your going with out of curiousity.

I've found a impressive looking place that is going to fit my fulcrum cage. He also makes them from scratch. £750ish built powder coated and fitted. Check his work on Instagram gdfautofab

SW motorsport is mail order and got mine from him (fitted tho as sort of local).

I also have an SW motorspoets cage. Cant fault the quality. Full bolt in cage with really thick heavy duty spreader plates.

I have a 6 point bolt in FIA spec from Sassa, it fits so well to the roof and A pillars you can hardly tell it's there.
