Where to buy mk1 lowering springs?

mas

Car  MK7 GTD & Mini GP
after some mk1 lowering springs, should order today, just wondering where the best place is to get them, anywhere faster to delivery or cheaper?

thanks

Be carful dropping on the standard shocks, the drivers arch damage was caused by a 55mm drop ans stiffened shocks. And thats was driving carful.
Also the rear was dropped to match and with the valver wheels on it rubbed like f**k with anyone in the back.

I brought my kit from PMC and there very good on price and just as good as G-MAX,APEX etc.

P.S - the belt thing is it at night time with the lights/cd/fan on and the car is hot? A few times it done it to me and i just turned the stereo off and bobs ya uncle no more squeeky belt.

cheers for that info pal, i want to ket the apex -60mm kit, you think that should be ok with turbines, a lad on here said the shocks on the apex kit are very stiff... so im hopin! :D

oh and about the squeaky belt, it does it after a good thrashing when it is hot, squeaks in every gear change if i have been driving hard most of the night...

will just get a new belt fitted, only the auxy belt

You must be giving it some beans - i never had the belt squeak but then i never took it over 4k lol

They were 15s off a 19valver.Im not sure if the clio and 19 valver alloys are the same offset.
If they are different that might explain the rubbing i was getting.

yeah was thinking that, should be buying the apex -60mm kit.... i can buy the kit now as i have been payed... but then be rollling around on standard trims lol...

will probs get the turbines this week sometime, then on payday next week, order the -60mm kit from apex :)

just hoping there is no rubbing,,,, oh and get the auxy belt sorted :)
