Where to mount an AMP

i am buy a mac attack 4075 (not sure how big they are) and as most of u no how my boot is it obv cnt go in there, and i think under seat isnt too gd idea either, so im a bit stuck, ne ideas?

build a box for the amp, and put it under the passenger seat, put 2 fans in the box.

or as tom said, remove the spare and put the amp in its place.

Is there room to mount the amp 90 degrees to the boot floor, so you have a wall running about 5" out from the true side of the boot, and mount the amp in that.

hm.....so much hassle hehe im thinking the spare wud be the best place but will it get enough air? there is no way it can go in boot, its pretty tight all around as seen below
