Which 15"wheels for track use?

I'm thinking of getting 15" wheels for track use for my 172 cup.

Are phase 1 172 wheels the same offset? and what do they weigh compared to cup turinis?

I believe clio 16v turbines (of which I have an old set somewhere) are different offset?

What are my other options for strong lightweight + preferable cheapish wheels?

Well they're not cheap but i'd go for Speedline 2020's.

Get some turbines mate, the offset is 2mm different, will fit perfect on a cup

I know 2mm isnt much, but how will it effect the handling? I take it whith the offset 36 rather than the turinis 38 the wheels would stick out slightly more?
