It's not for me.
They were looking at a JVC one at £249 - it was on sale last week though.

I picked up a manufacturer refurb'd Toshiba 40" and 37" on the 'bay for £250 each when we bought our house about 5 years ago.
One for the bedroom one for the living room, so it can be done.
