Which brakes

I have to replace the brake pads on my 172. The garage has suggested Mintex, has anyone got any experience of these or recommend another type?

a lot of people use the Ferodo DS2500 iv got them on my car and the stopping power is really good.

^^^aye, DS2500's are very good. Last a long time and don't screw your wheels up.

I had Tarox pads, thought they did the job well, heard good things about Mintex and Ferodos though.
