Which brand of oil do you recomend for my valver oil change?

I am getting an oil change this week and I am supplying my garage with the filter and oil, I am going to use 10w40 (or should i use 5w40) and i was just wondering which oil u recomend, where i can get it, how many lires I need and price!

10w40 semi synthetic, 5 litres should be enough, but you may need a few hundred ml more.
