right im gonna get some eibachs very soon and was wondering which ones you would recomend the sportline or the proline and why.

thanks

sportslines, because i have them and they rock. A really noticeable difference as soon as you start driving.

yes

the Pro Lines wont lower the 172 very much at all, as they are for ALL of the Clio 'B' range apart from the 1.2, and the 172 being lower than the standard cars anyway, they will only lower it about 10-20mm

ok cheers ill proberbly get the sportline then. roll on th 21st

No you won't ;)

I have the Prolines and the ride and handling is a great compromise.

yup the sportlines are also not 172/182 specific, and they also will lower those models less because of the fact they are lower than the other models from the factory, however they will lower it more than the Pro Lines

^ Didn't realise they weren't 172/182 specific, I'm surprised therefore that they are such good springs as Eibach claim everything is tested per application but on the face of it there just generic Clio Mk2 springs that also fit the 172/182 - I'm confused
